ASSESSMENTS?

The goal is to understand one another better as a team.  With a better understanding of each other’s communication styles and driving forces, team communication is improved overall.  Through the DISC, 12 Driving Forces, and Emotional Intelligence assessments, you will learn:

DISC

This assessment has two sections and helps you understand your behavioral style. In the first part, DISC will help you look at how you handle problems and challenges. In the second, it will help you understand how you communicate with others and how you prefer they communicate with you.

This assessment is about motivation, and it will help you see how it can positively impact your work and life. It will help you look at your motivation based on 6 different categories:

Emotional Intelligence

The Emotional Quotient TM (EQ) report looks at a person’s emotional intelligence, which is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions to facilitate higher levels of collaboration and productivity. The report was designed. This report was designed to provide insight into two broad areas:

HD Acumen

Research shows that the most effective people understand themselves and develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment. The Acumen Capacity Index (ACI) report helps individuals accurately perceive the world around them as well as themselves.

The Acumen Indicators Section is designed to help an individual truly understand themselves, how they analyze and interpret their experiences. A person's acumen, keenness and depth of perception or discernment, is directly related to their level of performance. The stronger a person's acumen, the more aware they are of their reality in both their external and internal world.

DNA

This report is designed to assist you in managing and developing your career. For many jobs, personal skills are as important as technical skills in producing superior performance. Personal skills are often transferable to different jobs, whereas technical skills are usually more specific.

Stephanie Paul’s implementation of TTI’s patented Job Benchmarking process is a unique and effective solution that benchmarks a specific role, not the people in the role. To do this, we let the job talk through an interactive process and job assessment. Job benchmarks are recommended when hiring for a new position because the average cost to a company for a bad hire is 3 – 15 times the salary of the role. If the job could talk it would identify the talent it needs in the form of knowledge, hard skills, behavior, motivation, culture, personal skills and acumen. This process refines and defines potential candidates with onboarding and hiring.

INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENTS DEBRIEF

Every assessment will be debriefed by a certified analyst (Stephanie Paul) to ensure the management and or hiring manager has a clear picture of the current team member or applicant’s talent traits.  The debrief will enable the individual or hiring manager to ask questions, dive deep into their report and gather insight and begin to build on communication and motivators for deeper levels of engagement and efficiency or prior to moving an applicant to the next step in the process. Stephanie Paul will conduct the debriefs and offer coaching and development programs or insightful suggestions to the interview questions and process.
